If you return the product (un-used with its original packaging and unopened) within 7 days of the date on which your received it, we will refund you the full value of the product you purchased excluding all postal charges. If the item has been opened we are unable to offer a full refund and will charge a £3.50 repackaging fee and the item must be returned with all Packaging. If there was no delivery charge we will deduct the cost of delivery from the order value. We will send the refund directly onto the card used to place the original order and this will be credited to your account within 30 days. Or A replacement within 3 working days. Faulty Goods or received incorrectly
If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email at (info@eshopmegastore.com) to inform us and we will arrange a reimbursement or replacement. In this event, please contact us first and we will allocate you a returns reference Which will be your surname (which you should include with the package to ensure we process your returns efficiently as possible) and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us. We generally ask that you post items back to us via Royal Mail (Recorded), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service.

Lost Items
We are unable to deem an item lost until after 15 working days from the date which the goods were sent. After this time a claim will be realised and investigated. We ca then arrange for a replacement to despatched. All lost items must be reported within 7 days after the 15 working days in order for us to claim, if outside of this time frame we are unable o raise a claim and therefore replacement can not be issued.
Items Not Called For Or Returned Undeliverable
If goods are returned to us uncalled or they are unable to deliver for what ever reason we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be advised we accept no responsibility for items returned to us and we are not responsible for the cost of re shipping the goods. Important: We recommend that, for returns, you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for items under £100 and Special delivery for items over £100. eshopmegastore.com accepts no responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post, and all postage costs are incurred by the buyer.
