All orders placed online will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from us. An automated reply that you receive from our online ordering system shall not be deemed as our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods. Delivery

Orders placed before 4pm (Monday – Friday) will be despatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders processed outside of these times will be despatched the following working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been processed.

Upon receiving payment eshopmegastore.com will aim to deliver your product inside the UK and Channel Islands within 3-5 working days (Royal Mail permitting). Please allow a couple of extra days for deliveries into other Islands or Northern Ireland.

Delays can sometimes occur due to events out of our control, i.e. (postal strikes, floods, terrorism, security checks and freak weather). In this instance we would contact you immediately by email to explain the situation.

EshopMegaStore.com will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on purchase of your order but we will not be liable for any loss you have incurred by late delivery.

Lost Items

We are unable to deem an item lost until after 15 working days from the date which the goods were sent. After this time a claim will be realised and investigated. We ca then arrange for a replacement to despatched. All lost items must be reported within 7 days after the 15 working days in order for us to claim, if outside of this time frame we are unable o raise a claim and therefore replacement can not be issued.

If you return the product (un-used with its original packaging and unopened) within 7 days of the date on which your received it, we will refund you the full value of the product you purchased excluding all postal charges. Important: We recommend that, for returns, you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for items under £100 and Special delivery for items over £100. eshopmegastore.com accepts no responsibility for returns lost in the post, and all postage costs are incurred by the buyer. We will, of course, do our up most to help you during the returns process.

Items delivered direct from the manufacturer and other customised orders are specifically excluded from your cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Price

The price for each item is shown on eshopmegastore.com and includes V.A.T

When purchased online the VAT charge of 17.5% will be included in the price unless exempt. i.e. Channel Islands and other European Countries. Because we are based in Jersey Items under £18 are exempt from VAT.

Based on the delivery address you specify delivery charges will then be charged accordingly. You will be informed of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details.

Payment Structure

All orders must be paid in full before delivery.

Your method of payment must be made by credit card, debit card, cheque, with appropriate card details, postal order or gift voucher.

Credit Card

Orders can be processed online or by telephone by calling 0845 094 65 44 using a debit or credit card. The following cards at present are VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Switch/Solo and American Express. After receiving your order we will debit funds from your account within one working day. There is no additional charge for payment by credit card.

Your credit/debit card will be encrypted whilst shopping online to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet. If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card. Security checks may be made by your credit card company to verify that it is you making the purchase.

All invoices and order details will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named receiver of the order differs.

Cheque or Postal Orders

EshopMegaStore Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within six months of purchase and only online.Your voucher will be given a password and can only be used on the purchase of new orders. If there is a remaining balance after using your eshopmegastore.com gift voucher then the remaining amount owed to eshopmegastore.com must be paid by a credit card.

EshopMegastore.com gift voucher has cash redemption of 0.001p.

Product Availability

EshopMegaStore will try to keep our products up to date but cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. You will be notified as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is out of stock. If this happens, you may withdraw your order and we will reimburse you the money you have paid for it.

By offering feedback on our products, web site or customer service you will automatically be entered into our monthly prize draw. Prize draw winners will be notified by email and we reserve the rights to use winner’s names and place for promotional purposes.
